RIAA escapes sanctions, drops case against homeless man
So far we've had grandmothers, dead people, disabled single mothers, and today, we can add another category to the list of those targeted by the RIAA: the homeless. Earlier this week, the RIAA decided to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit against Chaz Berry after learning he was living in a homeless shelter—but not until after a magistrate judge denied an earlier motion for summary judgment and recommended sanctions against the RIAA's attorneys.Click here for the full article Click here to go to my website.

how does these guys stay in business with such blows to their credibility again and again and again? seriously, if grandma wants to download music for free, let her! she's on a pension dammit! and the homeless? if they could afford music, don't you think they would start with shelter and food?
