Great song. This is the song that piqued my interest in the Stone Roses back in 1989. I love this record and if you have been to my mog page you know that I think it is the best record of all time. Yep! I said that....best of all time. :)

hey marigold, my bad cause i checked out the stone roses page and i see that you already posted this song (in video form)... great minds??? not a bad album to think of that highly, this is a good decision! i could listen to this song for a long time w/out getting too sick of it, that's gotta say something.

Far be it from me to be lurking in the Stone Roses artist lounge. ;) Yep, I did post this song a few weeks back in video form. I love love love this song and all the rest of the songs on that record. You know, there is not a bad song on that album. You could post any song on there and it is funky good to me. :P

Modern day classic is what it is. Have any off you heard the remixed version of the first album called "The Remixes". If not here is the Grooverider remix of Fools Gold.

What a classic. My first exposure came at 3 am as I was flipping channels and happened to see the video on MTV2 some years back. Also got turned on to Massive Attack (via "Teardrop") that same night...great, great record.

first time I heard this song was on the 120 Minutes Comp. It made me go buy the cd, and I might add its one of my favorite compilations I have ever bought

a classic on top of classics. i watched them live back in the day & it was one of the best concerts of my life. i also remember countless remixes were made of this tune but never heard b4 the grooverider remix. good one. lets say words that start with an E, heh.
