I've been feeling a bit twee lately-acoustic guitars and mandolins tend to make me happy as a clam. In that spirit I present to you Everything But the Girl's twee cover of Simon and Garfunkel's The Only Living Boy in New York, as twee as they come. Following along on the little chain letter type post Mtack and I got going - see her #3 post here: http://mog.com/mktackabery/blog_post/67363 I got turned on to Everything But The Girl via The Style Council's "Cafe Bleu" album, on which Tracy guest sings the song "The Paris Match". For me, it's Everything But the Girl. I thought they were terrible, based on that overplayed Deserts Miss the Rain song.
