One of the many, many bands/artists I had not listen to for being obsessed with other stuff was Feist!!! I had a couple songs from, and the cover Bright Eyes made for "a song called Mushaboom" -of course!- but never really paid attention, but there has been this Lacoste ad driving me crazy for months, and I'd always forget to youtube it...last week I did it, and felt like an idiot!!"Ohhh, so that's Feist's Mushaboom!" yes you moron, that's it!!!so now I'm kind of into it, ... i can't believe that i actually fell asleep to "mushaboom" from the postal service last night.. i didn't think that that would ever be on radio in my area. but i finally found the right station that plays indie and down-tempo stuff.. wow.. what a shocker.. thanks to college radio stations, they always know what's good..
