Saturday night at Coachella Festival after stellar sets by Kraftwerk & Portishead, the Purple Man himself performed. He did many of his hits like 'Controversy', 'I Feel For You', 'Seven', 'Purple Rain', 'Cream', 'Little Red Corvette' among many others that were mindblowingly great. Day 1 already a memory, our merry band of audio-philes prepared for our busiest day of the weekend. We had almost no rest but started the day out right. Prince killed it at the Super Bowl XLI halftime show performance last year, and although we won't get to see him at this years big game we do have a small consellation. The day after Super Bowl XLII, Rapster Records is releasing a compilation of Prince songs covered by a few of today's artists.
