Every time I listen to Begin To Hope (or even Soviet Kitsch, for that matter), I'm completely blown away by Regina Spektor's vocals. Her voice has an amazing lilting quality... It's like you can't pin it down. It's incredible. Anyway, I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir when I say that this was one of the best albums of 2006.
