20th Century Fox is claiming that It still holds the rights to "Watchmen" and that Warners' film is in violation of those rights.  According to Nikki Finke's DEADLINE: Hollywood column in Daily Variety:

The Kinks will reunite for a special tour this year, reports NME. Lead singer and guitarist Ray Davies has been hinting at a reunion for some time, and the Daily Mail is reporting that the original line-up intend to reform for a 2008 tour. According to Ray, when the Kinks went into the studio to record You Really Got Me, it was decided (by who precisely, i forget) that Mick Avory wasn't a good enough drummer to record, so there was a studio durmmer, who apparently wasn't really ready for what was going to happen.
