Buzzcocks

This was a song from my childhood (8th grade) that got a lot of play in my tapedeck. Heard it in a diner in L.A. a couple months ago and flipped out on it again. Almost better the 2nd time around!

So here's the deal. A few years back I wrote a novel entitled Long Way Back. It's the story of a guy who has a profound religious experience as a child and a profound tragedy as an adult, and how punk rock helps bring him back to life again. Buzzcocks are rivalled only by the early Beatles in writing short, punchy, catchy gems about love. Call 'em punk, or pop-punk if you must, but I call it genius.
