There's a massive heatwave hitting SoCal. It was a 115 degrees yesterday and today it topped 106 in Pasadena. We're moving to our new place in Monrovia by the 4th of July, I hope it's going to cool down before then. I had to pick this Cure song to match the heat that's outside. After two years of Isiah Thomas, its good to know there's going to be somthing worth watching in MSG On June 20th, The Cure will be performing in said venue. Still as great as ever. I know every fan probably has some favorite song of them that's more obscure than this one, but to me this one's just too good. From their Three Imaginary Boys Album, Boys Don't Cry.

It seems the Cure are taking every precaution to unjinx the release of their 13th studio album. Fear of the number 13 is common news for airports and hotels, with gate 13 or floor 13 being omitted from many. But the Cure are looking triskaidekaphobia in the eye and releasing four A & B side singles each month up, the first on May 13th, up until the the release of their as yet untitled thirteenth studio album on September 13th.
