Crank it up, the louder the better… The Rainmakers I had liked this band since their debut came out in '86. I fell in Love with this band after seeing them live back in ’89. We saw them in a small club, a group of about eight good friends sitting at table stage front center. I posted a little more about these guys a few days ago, so, I won’t repeat myself, click here to check out that post. From 1986, this is the one tune this band had that came close to being a hit – it got a lot of college radio airplay at the time, and did crack the charts in the UK. I knew some people who called them Christian rock based on this song, but they weren’t – unless your church advocates lyric that quote God as saying, "A womp bop ... MORE
