3 stars (out of 5) In 2004 when Tilly and the Wall released their debut album Wild Like Children, I recall it garnering a lot of media attention for a group virtually unheard of at the time. Most of the buzz was likely due to its release on touted Saddle Creek artist Conor Oberst’s independent label Team Love. Just passing on a new one from the latest Tilly And The Wall album...I don't think it's as good as the previous two, but still well worth picking up. I just never get tired of these voices layed over the tap dancing as percussion beats.

Team Love Records recording artists Tilly And the Wall spent most of the winter holed up in a recording studio working on the follow-up to their 2006 album Bottoms of Barrels. The Omaha, Nebraska based group, who instead of a drummer rely on tap dancer Jamie Pressnall show-stomping for beats, are headed to SXSW for a few shows next month where they will most likely sample their new record.
