Oh my. How is it that I missed out on these guys for so long? My trusted mogs, these guys are balls out freakin' awesome rock. Just what the doctor ordered. When my band first started practicing one of the guitarists would put these guys on during the drive out to the Church of Rock, and couldn't believe I hadn't heard of them. Just as well, as usual, because this is just what I'm looking for these days. Where are all the rock stars? Right here, baby. Getcha some good ... MORE
Well, not really. You all are still here right? Yesterday was probably the most relaxing Saturday I've spent in years. A record which, to borrow a lyric from its riotous lead single, 'Do You Do You Dig Destruction', will hit you like 'brass-knuckles a... MORE

you can read the Wiki history of Turbonegro here I first really became aware of Turbonegro when I made a trip with my brother and Big Tony (from Mazinga) to Washington DC to see the band Adam West play live for the first time back around 1998 or so. A friend in the UK had sent my brother a tape of Turbonegro's two best records Ass Cobra and Apocalypse Dudes we listened to that tape on the drive, and when we arrived in DC and met up with Adam West singer Jake Starr he was...
