Kristiana - so great to hear from you! Lately I have been listening to Rilo Kiley's Under the Blacklight - I love Jennifer Lewis' voice - her solo with the Watson Twins was so quirky wonderful. Rogue Wave, The New Pornographers, and Josh Ritter.

Tried to see Blonde Redhead last night in New Haven, CT, but they postponed the show!!!

Am totally looking forward to the bedlam that will be the Gogol Bordello show on the 7th of October.

I am really liking that Blonde Redhead. It took me a few listens to get it, but it is really starting to grow on me. It is a bummer they postponed on you. I just had that happen this spring with the Annuals. WB.

Holy fuck, it's been a long long while. My totally fun new job has been whooping my ass busy-ness-wise. I'm having to excavate, dust off, and chip away at the as yet unearthed techy within for this job - learning audio editing, video editing, radio interviewing skills, and the elusive rules of diplomacy. Wow, I need a refresher!

I have missed you all. I feel guilt and remorse for the long summer hiatus...

I guess you could say - I took the long way home...
